The school has a vibrant and active Parents’ Social Association with the emphasis being on the word ‘social’. The association raises funds for the school whilst having fun. In recent years it has funded a new playground for Reception, many interactive whiteboards throughout the school, and also up-to-date media equipment that is used in the school hall.
There is always a Christmas Fayre and a Spring/Summer Fair in the summer term. The KPSA also organizes a quiz night and other social occasions for parents.
Early in the autumn term the KPSA, along with the school, organizes a social function that is primarily targeted at parents new to the school. They can meet teachers and fellow parents in an informal and cheerful gathering.
Our KPSA members include:
Louisa Miltiadous (Joint chair)
Elena Antoniou (Joint chair)
The KPSA has been working hard on behalf of the school and some of it’s more recent projects are listed below
- The creation of a second-hand uniform shop on Etsy for parents
- Proposed work in the junior playground area
- KPSA will be working closely with the school to fund and reinstate the ‘Gelister Library’ in the senior school building.
- Amazon Smile to help fund raise and support the Keble charity
