What do we have in place to help with well-being?
At Keble our whole school approach is to promote good mental health and well-being for all of our pupils and every member of staff. Our aim is to equip our children with the necessary mental health skills and awareness to successfully navigate their increasingly complex lives.

Well-being Room
Our dedicated Well-being room is staffed by a certified NLP practitioner and transformative coach who is also a Youth Mental Health First Aider, ably assisted by our school dog, Ray. It is a calm, safe space allowing the children to take an active role in working through any worries or anxieties in an empowering way. Providing the children with techniques they can use to help with any problem they come up against both in childhood through to adulthood. This commitment to promoting wellbeing supports learning through therapeutic methods and implementing restorative and reflective practices. We believe that working together with children and their families we can improve the emotional wellbeing of children and give them the best chance of leading happy, fulfilled lives.
We also have a weekly Mindfulness club and yoga sessions allowing students to be self-aware and focus on their feelings.
Kindness School of The Year 2025
A huge well done to our Kindness Ambassadors and our whole school community. As of March 2025, we are thrilled to share this accreditation in recognition of our kindness projects and results. We have worked hard to create a culture of kindness for pupils and staff.
