Returning to School
This has been a very uncertain time for all of us: children and adults.We are all having to learn how to manage anxiety and many will need support with this.
Following news of our return on the 8th March, the teachers are busy planning activities that will help the children to process what has happened during the last year and to deal with their feelings and worries. There will be a focus on well-being activities during PSHE and form times.
With this in mind, we attach this very helpful video from a senior psychologist at the specialist Maudsley Clinic.
