All boys will have the opportunity to receive a Flu-enz nasal spray when the Enfield Immunisation Team visit us on November 18th. In the parent letter below you will find all the details.
The important thing is to complete the online consent form here https://www.enfieldhealthimmunisations.co.uk/Forms/Flu
You will then be able to tell the Enfield team whether you wish your son to receive the spray or not. PLEASE COMPLETE THE “NO CONSENT” SECTION IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR SON TO RECEIVE IT.
